AerScan Pro

The sensor that does the listening.

Passive, always on, and built to stay on your roof. AerScan Pro resolves what is in the airspace over your site, and where the person flying it is standing.

Connectivity
Hardware

Built for the roof it sits on.

IP67 HARDWARE EN 4709-002 COMPLIANT

Modular antenna setup

Antennas are configured to the site, so coverage follows your perimeter rather than a fixed pattern.

15km maximum range

Drones are picked up long before they reach the fence line, with the operator's position resolved alongside them.

Easy install

Mounted on a roof, mast or wall, with no works to your airspace or existing security systems.

24/7 monitoring

The unit listens continuously, so detections are recorded whether or not anyone is watching the console.

PoE or LTE connection

Runs on existing network cabling where you have it, or on its own mobile connection where you do not.

Weather resistant

IP67-rated housing built to sit outdoors through Irish winters without a service visit.

An AerScan Pro sensor mounted on a rooftop above a city skyline.
Mounted and listening

One unit, the whole airspace above your site.

Specification

The specification.

What the unit is, what it resolves, and what it needs from your building.

Detection method
Passive. The sensor listens and transmits nothing, so a drone operator has no indication the airspace is covered.
Maximum range
15 km, with the operator's position resolved alongside the aircraft's.
Resolved per detection
Flight path, make, model, serial number, operator coordinates, date and time.
Antennas
Modular, configured to the site so coverage follows your perimeter.
Mounting
Roof, mast or wall. No works to your airspace or existing security systems.
Power and data
PoE over existing cabling, or LTE on its own mobile connection.
Housing
IP67-rated, built to stay outdoors through Irish winters.
Standards
EN 4709-002 compliant.
Operation
Continuous, around the clock.
Where detections land
AerTracker, on web and mobile, with configurable SMS alerts.

Sensor count and antenna configuration are set per site. On larger or irregular perimeters more than one unit may be proposed.

How it works

Detect. Analyse. Report.

  • 01

    Detect

Aerdefence sensors listen passively from the edge of your site. Nothing is transmitted from the equipment, so the operator stays unaware.

  • 02

    Analyse

Flight paths, make, model, serial number and operator coordinates are resolved in real time. The console cross-checks against IAA geozones to flag breaches.

  • 03

    Report

A secure console for your operations team, configurable SMS alerts for your duty manager, and a clean PDF record of every detection, ready for review or regulator submission.

Next step

Ask us where it would go.

Send us the site and we will tell you what coverage looks like from your roofline, how many units it takes, and what the install involves.
